Investor Search
We are looking for an Investor for our Luxury Villa Project in the quiet southwest of the well-
known holiday island Koh Samui in Thailand. The real estate is part of a big project with a total area of 152 rai (1 rai = 1600 m2).
The investment for the land (17,48 rai = 27975.2 m2) with the 15 plots including the development costs for the urban road, water, electricity and telecommunication (fibre optics) will amount to app. € 1.5 millions. For building-up and running our company Thai Real Estate AG or GmbH (still to be set up) as well as for the project management, the sales and marketing activities and the sample villa we will need more funds in the area of € 1.2 millions.
The gross profit for the total project will be more than € 2.1 millions. This is quite a careful calculation (worst case).
In these calculations the costs for selling the villas directly and indirectly in the market via our company Thai Real Estate AG or GmbH are included. Among others we will open our own sales office in Koh Samui to sell this project and other properties. Ideally the project should be completed until the 31st of December 2012.
If the investor is willing to provide more funds we could already complete 2 to 3 villas and put them as ready-for-use on the market.
Our future investor and long-term business partner we are offering:
- Over average interest rate on the capital
- Participation on the profit of the project
- If desired a minority share holding on our company and/or a seat in the board of directors
